We did backup testing this morning and it flew by… Went to lunch and came back at 1 now it is 3:19 here and it is dragging hardcore. I just wrapped up a few projects so it is hard to start another big one with less than a couple hours left… Please Spiceworks entertain me!

Slow day here too. Since just about everyone (except me) has Friday off I took some time this morning to fix some Exchange migration issues that had been unnoticed since the upgrade 2 years ago. There’s more things to fix, but I don’t want to accidentally brick the server with only 2 hours left in the day (and thus obliterating my weekend), so… yeah.

No kidding. I had a user pickup Vobfus on Wednesday, hit all of my network drives and the entire week went to $#*% from there. Eight years and I’ve never had that issue, until someone brought in a thumb drive from an external company. AV picked it up, just didn’t stop it in time. Luckily I was able to contain it.

90 minutes to go and I get to go home and build sites for my ‘other’ clients.
